No Fuss Club – Bi-Annual Service Agreement
Includes two (2) visits per year – Once in the Spring, and once in the Fall. Please note that our Spring Visit is between March & May while the Fall Visit is October – December. We do not do Visits on Weekends or after those months.
SPRING AC VISIT:
- Includes Chemical Cleaning of Outdoor Coils & AC System
- Includes Measurement of Refrigerant Levels, Electrical and General Inspection of whole system
- Includes Filter Change If Necessary
- Includes General Cleaning & Tune Up of System
Fall Heating VISIT:
- Includes Cleaning of Burner Assembly
- Includes Gas Pressure Inspection
- Includes Electrical & General Inspection of System
- Includes Filter if Necessary
Service Agreement Customers go to the top of the list in the event of an issue year round.
