I was not able to program the thermostat to the temperatures I wanted. Omar was able to set the temperature to the settings I requested. He answered all my questions about timing and settings and when the heater will go on and off. Omar arrived in the time window I was told. and was very polite.

Matt responded to my Facebook message immediately and made an appointment to come check out our furnace first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and was super friendly. He listened to our concerns and gave us a little lesson about our furnace before telling us what our options were along with pricing and financing options. We opted to get both our furnace and ac unit replaced and he hooked us up with a great unit at an extremely reasonable price, especially compared the the other bids I received. I could not recommend Matt more highly, as he was very responsive, punctual, and met our needs at a price we could afford. Thank you, Matt!

What sets this company apart is that they do what is best for the clients and don’t up-sell or over-charge. Calling them when something stops working is like calling a trusted family member. I used their services twice to fix my old furnace. Both times Matt came and was very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.

Very professional and gets their job done. A guy named Luis (I believe that’s his name) and another guy came to clean our air vents. They did a thorough job and answered any questions we had. We had a problem with our heating system so they were kind enough to answer any questions and provide an estimate on the spot. They were very kind as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone for all the services.

Very impressed with Matt and Eric and his crew who installed a new furnace. Our old furnace died, of course when it was 26 degrees overnight, but Matt ensured we had a new one in a couple of days where other companies were estimating 2 weeks. AC Plus removed our old heater and air conditioner, and installed two brand new units, in the heat of the attic and humidity of outdoors.

This was my second time working with AC Plus and it’s been great. I requested Tony to help diagnose the issue with my Air Conditioner since he rocked the Heater issue last year and convinced me to upgrade to the Nest system which was worth every penny. When I Called AC the phone was answered by a young lady (Emily), not a ROBOT (and she sounded like she was cute). She gave me a time & a cost for the tech to show up. She was spot on for the time, and polite. The Tech showed up, obviously knew what he was doing, told me the cost and I said fine, fix it. It was less than I expected & and told him when the parts came in to fix it. I would not hesitate to call them again for any HVAC service. Both these people need a raise!! I have since referred them to a friend of ours, and WOW, they went out there and fixed the problem – this company is great again, WOW efficient, honest, and reliable, can’t get better than that

My technician was Devon and he was great. He worked on my unit, an older unit until he got my heater running. I am new to California and called them based on their reviews. I am really glad that I called them and I would definitely use them again.

I get my normal annual service done through AC+. After the most recent service, the AC still wasn’t working well. They came right back out, no charge. Positive and professional.

AC plus, especially Sean Hawkinson, are very customer driven. Unfortunately I have not been able to move forward with the job yet due to some unexpected events on my side. Even when I had to cancel a job I approved I was shown genuine concern and professionalism. I never felt an ounce of pressure and never had a sales pitch forced on me. Can’t recommend this team enough, really feel that they care for the customer and not just the bottom line.

We called this morning at 8 am desperately hoping to get our air fixed. It wasn’t blowing any air at all and upstairs reaches 90 during the hot parts of the day if the air isn’t on. They sent Sean out 10am and he was so nice, informative, and efficient. He found the issue in a few minutes and was able to call and order a new control board. He left to get it and came back so fast and installed it and within an hour we have cool air again! It was 90 degrees at 8pm the night prior upstairs. So miserable, we left to sleep at my mom’s. We are so glad our air is fixed during this heat wave. Thank you Sean for being so awesome, and thank you Tawny for squeezing us in for an appointment! Our family is so grateful to be comfortable and cool! Our toddlers are already in a better mood! Lol.

From Sean coming to quote our job (replacing 2 rooftop units) to his follow up before and after the job, everything went better than could be expected. Having troubles with this AC unit for 2 years. Tried many AC companies in the area. They never fixed the problem. AC technician is the only technician that can identify the trouble, and charge me reasonable fee.

Our service tech was able to move the next day’s appointment to same-day service, which we appreciated beyond words. Anthony identified and fixed the problem and we think the charges are reasonable and we appreciate the convenience, priority service, and savings of purchasing the offered optional annual service plan for our two roof-top heat/air units that are vital to our daily life.

AC Plus came out the same day I called. They were very honest and receptive to what we needed for our home. Their prices are much more reasonable than the competitors that we had out here first. They were able to show up A day early to help us with our air conditioner blowing cool air but not cold. They were courteous and knowledgeable and I will definitely call them again.

Matt and team from AC Plus Heating & Air are exactly what I was looking for to install a central AC system for my home. Being in Wrightwood, my choices were limited, but of the three quotes I received, Matt’s was the most timely, detailed, and overall I felt most comfortable going with these guys for my job. My home had an old gas heater and I wanted to add AC and possibly convert my heat to electric (I recently went solar). My ducts were the originals from the 80’s amd held up with a lot of duct tape so they recommended I change them.

They installed a beautiful AC unit outside, and a new dual heat (electric/gas) heater in my crawl space and replaced all Ducting. They did an extremely thorough job and the work was very nicely finished. The minor electrical work and major duct work was all finished very nicely. Their team was timely, professional, and experienced. They cleaned up both days (it was a two day job) and left the area cleaner than before! Now my house has ice cold AC and when it snows I now have a choice between electric and gas heating. Even if I had more options, I’m positive I would not have been able to find a better HVAC company to do the work. Excellent warranty (10 yr parts, 2 yr labor) and family owned as well. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. I’m glad I did.

Great service from AC Plus. They were able to schedule me an appointment for the same day I called. Matt came out and checked my AC unit and located the problem. Matt repaired the problem and replaced my thermostat all within an hour. AC is running good. I believe their rate was fair. I’m happy with their service.

Our air stopped working during the worse heat wave in a long time. We called on Monday and AC Plus were able to send Sean out on Wednesday. He was INCREDIBLE!!! Knowledgeable, professional and kind. He replenished our Freon and advised us to start thinking about replacing our almost 15 year old unit. Gave us information about the best unit for our home and the price. He also showed me how to properly use our thermostat and spotted one of our vents that was installed backward. Changed our filter and was just so thorough. Thank goodness I found them on the internet. It’s so hard to know who to trust sometimes when you randomly pick a repair company. We were blessed and now have a nice cool home.

Omar was very professional and thorough. He verified my theory that our furnace was not able to drain the water it produces properly. He found a collection of water was flooding the unit and possibly freezing. He drained, cleared and removed debris he found in the drain plumbing. Furnace is working fine this morning. He will be my go to repair tech for future issues.

So I just bought a house in Victorville and my Central Air stopped working so I had my AC serviced by Devon and he was amazing. I highly recommend. He was very nice and professional. It turns out I need a whole new system. He gave me a fair estimate and didn’t even charge me for the tune-up. He didn’t take advantage. He also fixed my Central Air. Much needed in Victorville. It is a temporary fix until I can replace my entire system which I will be hiring this company to install. I’m very happy with my service and will continue to use this company for all my needs. Look no further for your HVAC needs. I had a very bad situation with my home and I hired AC Plus to install a complete new system. I called out 5 different companies for quotes and to decide who I wanted to work with, I am 110% satisfied I went with them. There’s no funny business, just top notch work and service. They will not be your lowest price quote, but they definitely will give you the best service and provide the quality you want for your home. I am grateful for their professionalism and you can trust them to not try and oversell you.

We had quotes from multiple AC places, and Matt is the only one that came in and spent some time figuring out what was going on vs everyone else just saying get a new unit. He gave us great advice, saved us some money and got it working again. Now I know why all my neighbors use him too.

As it turned out, I was advised by the dealer to have a professional take a look. They came out the next morning and I had many more problems than anticipated. When they were done, my AC worked better than it had in years. They gave me an excellent deal and they were very personable. I’ve been with AC plus for about 12 years it’s the only company I trust the employees are always honest and I really appreciate that it’s expensive but that’s the cost of homeowners ownership and I really do appreciate the great service I received from the technicians and the front office. Jonathan was the technician that came today very personable very professional great communicator I hope that I’ll be able to see Jonathan with each year service!!

Came out and diagnosed my issues relatively quick awesome service would definitely use them for years to come.

AC Plus services our 3 rentals as well as our own home. We have them come out in both the Spring and Fall to check our air conditioners and heaters to ensure that the units will run smoothly when the seasons start. Today they fixed a problem with one of our heaters circuit boards. They were able to fix it quickly. Their employees are always polite and pleasant to work with.

These people are Great the receptionist Jamie is wonderful very helpful, courteous, she helped me as the manager of the apts to get things done as quickly as possible couldn’t ask for a better person to work with you should be very proud to have her on your team.

They came in went into the attic and repaired my vents in record time. They took pictures up there and showed me the problem and repairedthem fast. I recommend this company.

Jonathan and Kobe serviced my AC. I would recommend them along with Reanna, who was also very helpful. I asked questions about the service that would be done yearly to both AC and Heater. I was so happy that I will purchasing their yearly maintenance. I truly appreciate Jonathan and Kobe calling me when they were on there way and how long to that I could put my dogs away with out any issue.

Professional and very friendly. Our heating system was original to our condo (1979) and our A/C unit was almost 20yrs old so we needed an upgrade. They were ontime and were great watching out for my cat as they went in and out of our place. They were very neat and cleaned up afterwards to make sure everything was how they found it. They answered my questions and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat before they left. The new system works great just in time for summer!

Hands down best heating and air conditioning people in the high desert Period. Update 8/1/19. Sean came out today to service my heater and get it ready for the winter. Did a great job. Had a lot of fun talking with him. Great to know you can trust a company now days. Been using AC plus for years now. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Omar and Jonathan came to look at My AC unit. They instantly found the problem, let me know exactly how much it was going to be and they were done in about 30 minutes fixing the problem. We had to purchase a whole new system and Matt was there to help us all the way through. He was also able to get us bumped on the service dat so we were not out of air for as long. The crew that came to do the installation We are excited to have air again when it is so hot and humid outside.

This was a repair on a rental property…. the appointment was at 2 pm but they were able to come earlier at 10:30 and had it all fixed and running great by 11:15!! Just had to replace a capacitor …. our tenant, who is an older woman, was so pleased as she is not well and temps are over 100 here! We have used AC PLUS in the past, they are great, good work, good prices and very professional yet very friendly would recommend to anyone!!

I have an appointment schedule with AC Plus Heating & Air in four days. Yesterday my old AC unit stopped working! I called AC Plus to see if I could get them to band aid it until my appointment and they fixed it in under five minutes!
Now I can return the five fans I bought from Walmart =D Super quick and exceptional service.

Second time I had Sean over to check our a/c unit. Matt came along too. More research is needed on our broken thermostat but they replaced our ac filters and came by free of charge.

They will provide options a new thermostat once theyve done the research.

They checked one of our rooms that wasnt being cooled as well as the others but explained the room is furthest away from ac unit so theres not much we can do about that, they went up in the attic to check.

Overall happy and waiting for recommendations on the thermostat.

Very professional company. I have used them for A/C and Furnace Maintenance, as well as troubleshooting a problem with my gas furnace. Found the problem and got the job done. Office and Technicians have always been spot on.

Matt and his crew were the most professional, fair and prompt team I have ever used. My air conditioner went out in 100 degree weather, and they came out the next day. Matt got it running, but I was in need of 2 new outside air conditioners. (ouch) I have been putting it off because of the price, but Matt gave me a deal I could not refuse. They showed up on time and worked in blistering heat replacing my old 17-year-old conditioners. Such good work. You definitely should use his company whenever possible. You will not be disappointed.

Matt found exactly what was needed on our air conditioning unit and took care of business in an efficient and friendly manner. He installed a new capacitor and ordered a new fan motor (it’s still working but the unusual sounds we heard meant it’s failing). He cleaned the unit and did a tuneup. We’ve known Matt since we first bought our heating/AC unit from AC Plus. He’s been our guy ever since and it’s always a pleasure doing business with him. We have been happy with our unit and happy with the staff at AC Plus. From the phone call to the technician we know we went with the right company.

Matthew was our man, he found the problem and replaced the part and a good cleaning checked the lines ect. He was hear about 35 minutes and gave me a great price that I couldn’t refuse.

I had expected to have the furnace worked on and at least an estimate for the duct cleaning. The furnace was inspected and maintained by one of your techs, but the other guy who had come to look at the ducts told me that you can’t do the type of ducts I have in my manufactured home. He said he’d send me a reference to someone who does do that kind of work. I’d really like to hear from him on that; haven’t heard back yet.
